03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each user may operate only a single account. Attempting to create multiple accounts is a direct violation of mh77 policy and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the mh77 support team immediately.

3.4 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time through support. mh77 also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for rule violations, fraud, or other reasons.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the mh77 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions made using third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed if identity verification is incomplete or if there is any suspicion of a terms violation.

4.4 Funds Verification

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at mh77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Separate conditions may apply to each bonus — always read the terms before accepting an offer.
• Bonuses may only be wagered by playing eligible games with real money.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being terminated.

06 VIP & Loyalty Program

mh77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your regular activity on the platform. The more active you are at higher tiers, the more benefits you receive. mh77 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on mh77 are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Betting decisions are entirely the user's own responsibility.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. mh77's final decision applies to any dispute regarding betting markets. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mh77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.

7.3 Casino Games

7.4 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
